      As Assistant Vice President of Recruitment, Employee Relations & Training, Jason Robinson is responsible for implementing strategies and systems that increase staff performance and enhance their experience. During his tenure, he has developed employee programs that have improved processes for attracting, engaging, training and retaining top talent.

      Mr. Robinson has held several titles and responsibilities within the Human Resources Department since joining Affinity Health Plan in August 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Robinson was responsible for Talent Management at New York Methodist Hospital in Park Slope, Brooklyn. He was also the owner and managing partner of “The Spot in The City”, a restaurant in Harlem, New York where the community’s emerging musicians, artists and spoken word performers showcased their talents.

      Mr. Robinson majored in Psychology at The College of New Rochelle’s School of New Resources.
