The Member Services Department is our direct link to our Members. Our multi-lingual staff is here...on the phone or in person...to:

  • Answer questions about Plan benefits, policies and services
  • Conduct Welcome Calls for New Members
  • Issue Member ID cards or replace lost ID cards
  • Arrange for people to complete an enrollment application
  • Help Members choose their Primary Care Providers (PCPs)
  • Help Members make doctor appointments
  • Respond to Member complaints
  • Handle Member disenrollment requests
  • Ensure that Members have access to Affinity's services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We believe that language should not be a barrier to providing service to our Members. So, if you do not speak English, we can still help. Member Services staff speak several languages including Spanish, French, French Creole (Haitian), Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, and Portuguese. We will also help you find a doctor who speaks your language.
