Portal Home Page Layout

Once logged in, you will be taken to your Affinity Home Page. Note the tabs at the TOP RIGHT of the page. (HOME, FAQ, HELP, SIGN OUT)

These tabs offer additional functions within the Web application.

•          FAQ's - Click this tab to view Frequently Asked Questions about the Web application.
•          Help - Select this tab to view an on-line help system providing assistance in using your application.
•          Log Off - Click this tab when you wish to log off the Web application.

•          Searches - Allows access for searching Member Eligibility & Member Roster.
•          Claims - Allows access to view Claims Status.


•          Administration - Allows access to view current users and user profile.

•          If you are a Primary Care Physician (PCP), you can view the list of members assigned to your panel.

Steps:

1.       Hover over the Search Tab.

2.       Click on the Panel Roster pull-down option.

3.       A pop-up window will appear displaying the list of members assigned to your panel.

4.       You may print Member Roster by clicking on the Printer Friendly Format link. (This will open a Printer Friendly Format version of the report in a separate window that can be printed and then closed to return to further function within the web portal.)
